Use License
Permission is granted to use SeoBoosty for legitimate SEO and link building purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms. This license does not include the right to use our service for illegal purposes, spam link schemes, or to use our service to create competing products.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SeoBoosty only for legitimate SEO and link building activities. You must comply with search engine guidelines and all applicable regulations. Using our services for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or deceptive practices is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Service Usage
Backlinks acquired through SeoBoosty are licensed for use as described in your package. A package is bought once and runs for twelve months; it does not renew automatically unless you turn on auto-renewal in your account. You are responsible for ensuring your target URLs comply with all applicable laws and do not violate third-party rights.
Payment Terms
Packages are paid once, in advance, for a twelve-month term. Nothing renews or is charged again unless you enable auto-renewal in your account, and you can switch it off at any time before the term ends. A package that cannot be delivered, whose head link is dead at purchase time, or that was sold twice refunds itself automatically and in full, as described on our Refund policy page (seoboosty.com/refunds). Beyond those cases, packages are non-refundable once the links have been pointed at your site.
Limitation of Liability
SeoBoosty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including changes in search rankings or domain metrics.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
